yourMoment was built around a simple idea: the music should receive the same attention as the venue, the flowers, the food, and the photography.

From the ceremony and first dance to dinner and the final song, I plan each part of the day with care. The goal isn’t to force your wedding into a standard formula. It’s to understand how you want the night to feel, then make everything flow naturally.

During our planning sessions, we’ll work through the ceremony music, introductions, first and parent dances, dinner, must-plays, do-not-plays, and the reception timeline.

By the time your wedding arrives, the important decisions have already been made. That leaves me free to read the room, adapt throughout the night, and keep everything moving without pulling you away from your guests.

I’ll arrive early, coordinate with your planner and vendors, and handle the music, transitions, and announcements so you can stay present and enjoy the night.

  • I use discretion here. If a request fits naturally in your playlist, I'll work it in. If we've agreed to keep things curated, I'll hold the line on your behalf. Entirely your call from the start.

  • I'm taking bookings from May 2025, up to 18 months in advance. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have with planning and preparation.

  • Absolutely, I can bring the full setup wherever your venue is. Interstate, remote locations, destination weddings. We make it work. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

  • Yes, I MC the full reception: entrances, toasts, first dance cues, and everything in between.

  • I arrive at every event with backup power, a second set of decks, and spare microphones. If something goes sideways, the music keeps going. I've spent years working in high-pressure situations and know how to manage anything calmly, without it ever reaching your guests.

  • I run the Pioneer XDJ-AZ professional mixer through a QSC speaker system, built to fill your venue and make you feel every beat. For ceremonies I use lapel mics, keeping handheld mics and cables completely out of your photos. After mapping your venue during the planning stage, I can also connect you with vetted lighting vendors who understand the yourMoment aesthetic.
